Our 2nd Birthday Party

Saturday August 6th 10am - 6pm

The Overlords are celebrating our 2nd Birthday with action packed day of, well, action. What's cool about this day is that you simply need to turn up. This is a free day so come along and check out the Overlords. Visit http://www.theoverlords.co.uk/funday for details.

So what are we doing?

Gaming tables. We are running seven tables, four you need to book in advance and 3 that will be open all day.
Tables 1 and 2. As a celebration of our original opening day we will be playing the beach landing mission. You will need a 1500 pt and it will be your choice to either defend or attack.
Tables 3 and 4. These will be 1500pt games randomly rolled from the rule book.
Tables 5, 6 and 7 will be all comers 4x4s playing a 1000pt list
Painting table. If you'd just like to take some time relaxing you can bring some figs and brushes and join us in some painting.
Bring and buy. You can bring anything you want to get rid of and we'll try and sell it for you for a 10% commission.
We'll provide drinks and biscuits and there are plenty of places near by to get a decent lunch.

How to book a table:

We have the following slots available for each table:

10am - 12.15pm

1pm - 3.15pm

3.30pm - 5.45pm

All you need to do is check on the above link to see availability and then email steve@theoverlords.co.uk to book a time and which game. You can book two games initially but could book a third if there is availability. In conjunction with our open tables you should be able to play all day.

Oh and the cost is a massive £0 - it's our treat.

Glen, if you want Royal Rumble style you need some form of big wrestling pants as a minimum and preferably some gaudy tights too. Otherwise, it's Overlord style challenge.

With Dagmire running a painting table, would it be safe to assume that no-one on the table will actually have finished a model before the day is up?
