Hi guys'n'gals,

I'm currently going to be acting as the ringer, ready to step in if we have a last minute cancellation on the day. I'd kinda pressganged another of the overlordians to join me, but as he really wanted to play on the day and has found another partner I'm now down to an army of one!

I was hoping their might be someone out there who wants to come, but doesnt mind not playing should it come down to it, and would be up for helping out as an impartial adjudicator should we end up not being needed.

Knowing something about the rules would be an advantage!

I could be quite interested in that skew. I'll probably be back for that weekend but won't be around for many practice sessions before hand. if you dont mind an play it by ear tactical approach to the day I will be around as i was planning make it down to watch and absorb some 40k atmosphere anyway

Basically we bring our 1000k list and step in as a team if one of the teams does not turn up. If everyone does turn up then we help Roy and Jon with running the event.

ye that sounds good to me. that weeks the week of my birthday so I was planning on coming down anyway I just didnt think to enter because i didnt think anyone would want an absentee teammate when all the 2v2 practice games inevitably happen down the club in the run up. so this sounds ideal to me and if we'r not needed i can just judge peoples hairstyles and fashion sense

Weeelll, It's looking like were not going to need one now, but I could be wrong! I'm going to be brining a 1k list of orks, just in case I'm required, but otherwise am just going to be helping out where possible However the best people to ask are Steve/Paul or John as they are the guys who seem to know whats going on.
