There were a few odd results but the last game on the top table was awesome and I managed to watch quite a bit of that. I will post the Overlords points when I get a moment but The Kentish Rouges also took the Overlords prize by a comfortable margin. A big thank you to everyone who took part and hopefully had a lot of fun and congratulations to The Kentish Rouges who proved that they are pretty good at all aspects of the hobby.

Big thanks to Steve and the Overlords for a great day of gaming. My son Jack and I (team Dark Souls) had a great day, well looked after and looking forward to attending another Overlord event in the near future!

Yeap a big thanks from me and Matt for a fun days gaming,we had 3 great games agains't 6 good opponents,hopefully we can make it along again if you run another event in the future.

A great day gaming respect to the guys running everything smoothly and to the catering team who kept us watered and fed and to all the gamers who created a fun atmosphere throughout the day. And thanks to my co-monster johnny who kept us to our deep stike and outflank policy which earned us some prizes if you check out our victory points compared to everyone else you might be surprised that we finnished 2nd. But it just goes to show that its not just about killing the enemy but achieving the mission and also having four monsterous creatures in your army especially nurgle and nids helps.

remember in the overlords hut there is only war.

So battles aren't about killing the enemy. That's where I was going wrong.

That, and the fact that we didn't actually kill enough of the enemy...
